Jeffrey McClain co-founded Holtzman & McClain, PC in August 2002 as a litigation firm specializing in defense of civil rights and professional negligence cases involving healthcare providers practicing in correctional facilities. Combining experience and strengths in the practice of law, H&M was a leader in correctional healthcare litigation in the State of New Jersey from its creation.

With the addition of Lilia Londar as a partner in 2020, the firm expanded its name as well as its practice with another seasoned litigator in civil rights litigation and the handling of serious criminal matters, including criminal appeals.

Now known as Londar & McClain, PC, the firm continues to concentrate on correctional healthcare litigation in New Jersey.
